Once a restoration project is complete, the homeowner has signed a Certificate of Satisfaction, and the restoration project has been paid in full, your client will receive a Certificate of Warranty coverage and a copy of the RPM Warranty Booklet.   The booklet includes written Performance Standards which are used to determine warranty obligations after the completion of a project.  If there is a request for warranty performance, the client works directly with the third-party administrator, StrucSure Home Warranty, on their claim. 

RPM continues to work for you even after your client’s restoration project is complete.  First, a survey is sent to the homeowner asking them generic questions about the restoration process and their overall satisfaction of the project.  Additional contact, on the contractor's behalf, is made at 30 days, six months, one year and each subsequent year until the policy expires.   We are dedicated to ensuring you have a satisfied client who will promote your business to anyone who needs restoration services in the future.
